Brands can discover creators and get the ads within the app and post campaign opportunities, send products, manage orders, review content, and process payments. Creators can receive campaign requests, create content, submit deliverables, and earn payments for completed work.

1 WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Upon account deletion, we will deactivate your account and delete your personal data from active databases. We may retain limited information where necessary to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, or comply with legal obligations.
Data stored in backup archives will be securely isolated and deleted as soon as technically feasible.

9 RIGHTS UNDER INDIA'S DIGITAL PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT (DPDPA) 2023
As Giglobby operates in India, we are committed to compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). As a Data Principal (i.e., a user of our Services), you have the following rights under the DPDPA:
- Right to Access: Obtain a summary of your personal data being processed and the purposes of processing.
- Right to Correction and Erasure: Request correction of inaccurate data and erasure of data no longer required for the purpose it was collected.
- Right to Grievance Redressal: Have your grievances addressed by our Grievance Officer within the timelines specified by law.
- Right to Nominate: Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent and/or for legitimate purposes under the DPDPA. You may withdraw consent at any time; however, this will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

11 CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. As no uniform technology standard for recognising DNT signals has been finalised, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
